"The Affiliation Status conferred upon Velocity Stride Sdn Bhd shall have a fixed term, concluding absolutely and unconditionally at the expiration of the day on 31st December 2026 (defined as 11:59:59 p.m. Malaysian Time), upon which all delegated powers, endorsements, and rights of representation shall immediately seize and determine, subject only to the validity of certificates lawfully issued prior to that specific date."
