Collaboration with IAEWP : 2023-2024
( Validity: 1st January 2023 - 31st December 2024 )

National and international NGOs and institutions can apply for IAEWP Certification of Participation Award certificates with IAEWP hologram, signed by the IAEWP President, The Secretary General and or by the IAEWP Director General and another Board Member.
2.
Payment for authentication of programs in affiliation with IAEWP would be as follows:
a. For Schools : US$ 1 ( USD One ) for each certificate of participation.
b. For Universities : US$ 5 ( USD Five ) for each certificate of participation.
c. For Strategic Partners: US$ 10 ( USD Ten ) for each certificate of participation.
d. For Conferences : US$ 100 ( USD One Hundred ) for each certificate of participation.
e. For IAEWP Metal 3D Zinc Alloy Medal : US$ 5 ( USD Five ) for each medal ( excluding postage ).
Note: Postage and handling are billed as charged by the courier companies. Due to unpredictable fluctuation in currency exchange, for ASEAN Operations, event management companies are requested to budget the One USD ( US$1 ) to be pegged at Ringgit Malaysia Five ( RM 5 ) as this would make matters easy for budgeting purposes involving large scale of participation for schools and academic institutions.
e. For IAEWP-ASEAN Institute of Leadership and Human Capital Development, (Recognition of Prior Learning and validation of Experiential Living Skills via non-academic institution centric certification, in Peace, Diplomacy, Conflict Resolution, Leadership, Human Transformational Engineering and Human Capital Development ) is available for corporate institutions within ASEAN region.
A further thirty-one (31) modules of ONLINE PEACE EDUCATION, RECONSTRUCTION, ACCORD, NON-VIOLENCE AND DISARMAMENT INITIATIVE (OPERANDI) is also available for the clusters of courses each level for all countries worldwide:
- Certificate (Basic 3 Courses module Cluster) ,
- Higher Certificate (additional 3 Courses module),
- Diploma (additional 3 Courses module beyond Higher Certificate ) and
- Higher Diploma (further 3 Courses module beyond Diploma ).
Each Module consists of 300 -500 pages of study text.These non academic credentials are institutional centric authentication by IAEWP Institute of Peace Education or IAEWP- ASEAN Institute of Leadership & Human Capital Development..
2. This certificate marks the authentication of your events in your country in collaboration with IAEWP. These certificates would be signed by the Board members and issued by the :
a. Office of the Director General IAEWP located in Malaysia for Asia Pacific region ;
b. Office of the Secretary General located in Brazil.
c. Office of the Executive Vice President located in Nigeria for Continental Africa;
d. Office of the SVP for Global Strategy Development located in Republic of Chile for Continental America;
e. Office of the President from New Delhi, India for ALL other regions.
3a. Institutions can also apply for special annual licensing to co-brand events with IAEWP for a USD 1,000 per month for a 12 month period per single event.
3b. To rule out scammers who had abused friendship and privileges, intending event management companies would be required to pay a NON REFUNDABLE commitment fee of USD 3,000 to get a letter of approval for EACH event ( with a 365 day validity ) for them to use and seek sponsorship .
3c. The liability of IAEWP is limited to recognising Culture of Peace Bridging events through issuing of CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION and does not involve itself beyond the domain of certification.
3d. Information of the agreement with details of the event and intending event management company would be sent to the relevant Ministries and Chief Police officers in ALL States in the country. Since the events involve school children, students of higher institutions and members of the public, everyone in law and enforcement would be on the alert.
4. As and where needed, institutions may engage IAEWP officials for paid consultations ( in their private capacity ) on event management; such an engagement is a private business transaction that does NOT involve IAEWP.
5. Any individuals, institutions or NGOs that illegally use the brands of IAEWP in association with the UN insignia, would be reported to their government through their Ministry of Internal Affairs, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, Legal Affairs Unit of the UN, The Police Commission and Anti Corruption Commission as well as the press and media of their countries.
