IAEWP was founded in 1967 @ Huntsville, Alabama, USA and was incorporated in 1969 ; it was once represented in over a 100 countries.

In its impressive 50 years of evolution, aging National Chancellors have retired due to crippling old age, some died while others became incapacitated by chronic illness . It is now undergoing a natural process of rejuvenation and grows in symbiosis with the challenges of the turbulent future.
C. THE SEARCH FOR THE RIGHT PERSON
IAEWP is now actively appointing vibrant YOUNG individuals and influencers who are able to promote the peace agenda of the Association in a voluntary capacity position. These are rare breed of highly evolved human beings who serve with passion and compassion to make this world a better position.
D. BOARD LED ORGANIZATION
d1. IAEWP was once a highly decentralized organization working on the tenets of Zero Budget ( Do what you can with what little you have ); Zero Bureaucracy ( There are no layers of approval seeking protocols ) and Zero Politics .
d2. This lead to management chaos where: what the right hand did, the left hand did not know. Effective 2023, IAEWP would be a Presidental Board led and managed organization where the BOARD makes the decisions on ALL matters concerning IAEWP operations.
E. NATIONAL CHANCELLOR IN POLITICS
It is apolitical in nature and membership is accepted in good faith and without prejudice. Active politician are DISCOURAGED from holding national level positions in IAEWP. Politician from one party alienate people from another parties.
F. NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP REGISTRY
The National Chancellery of each nation maintains its own Membership Register and operates as a legal Non Government Organization ( WHERE AND WHEN REQUIRED ) within the spectrum of the local laws of the land.
G. HONORARY APPOINTMENTS
National Chancellors are honorary titles and appointment are in good faith and without prejudice. Any National Chancellor who commit fradulent activites or are charged for a crime would be terminated immediately and banned for life,from IAEWP.
H. AUDITED ACCOUNTS REQUIREMENT
h1. Every National Chancellery would seek its own funds for activities and maintain a proper accounting and taxation administrative details to meet the requirement of local laws.
h2. All concluded event should have an audited account to be submitted to the Regional Vice President and the Director General within a 30 day period; failure to do so will result in the suspension of the National Chancellor leading to a termination.
h3. All terminations would be published as a PUBLIC NOTICE in this blogsite as well as to serve as a notice to cease and desist.
I. ZERO REMUNERATION APPOINTMENT
The National Chancellor and all designations are a volunteer position and no remuneration or monetary gratification nor grants are available from the Head Quarters.
J. INTENDING APPLICANTS & PROBATION
j1. All intending National Chancellors are required to fully read, understand and sign a declaration that they have Read & Understood the contents of this official blogsite.
j2. They than have to provide a Stategic Annual Action Plan to the Director General before their application is moved to the level of the Board for a decision.
j3. Once the Board approves, the candidate is appointed as a National Chancellor directly by the President Dr. Priya.R. Trivedi and assisted by the Director General Steve Rajan Farukh.
j4. Effective January 1, 2023 all new appointee as National Chancellor with serve a probationary period of 365 days and would then be confirmed in their position by the Regional Chairperson.
K. NO CERTIFICATE OF APPOINTMENT
No certificate of appointments are issues and the only reference for authentication would be this official blog and the website : www.iaewp.international
L.SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Each chancellery activities in every nation are focus on the UN Sustainable Development Goals ( https://sdgs.un.org/goals ) in supporting the calls of the UN for a safer and harmonious world.

N. NEW APPOINTMENTS
The 2023-2024 appointments are currently in progress and may take 12 months or longer to be fully populated.
O. DEACTIVATIONS
In 2017 we had deactivated about 80 National Chancellery worldwide as many of the National Chancellors who joined the organization very early in the days had aged and chronic fatigue syndrome had set in, compromising performance.
P. COMMUNICATIONS ON PROGRAMS
Newly appointed National Chancellors are granted a two year term. All new appointments need to provide a Strategic Roadmap of Annual Activities and an Annual Communications on Programs ( CoP ) by 25th December each year to the IAEWP Director General. Non performing and hibernating National Chancellors shall be replace without notice. after the first year.
Q. NATIONAL REGISTRATIONS-NOT REQUIRED
q1. In preparation for the next 10 years ( 2023 - 2032), energetic National Chancellors are being sourced to occupy available positions.
q2. Effective 2023, National Chancellors are NOT required to register IAEWP as an NGO in the country because when non performing officers are removed, they refuse to hand over the registration documents; this compromises and jeopardize IAEWP operations and programs in that particular country.
q3. In the past, since IAEWP being founded and located in the USA, it was seen by some government as a foreign interference network NGO and registration was denied and blacklisted.
q4. As such, IAEWP does not wish to place any of its volunteer officals in harm's way with local and national authorities.
R. SCAMMERS CLAIMING TO BE THE U,N,
r1. We are still deliberating if the email addresses and personal phone numbers should be listed here because fraudsters and scammers offer fake air tickets and fictitious speaking engagements for non-existent peace congresses and subtly request money for visa and non-specific handling charges only. MOST OF THESE SCAMMERS USE FAKE UNITED NATIONS AGENCY NAMES.
r2. The United Nations or its agencies have NEVER offered any free tickets, lodging or ground transportation to ANY fake seminars to anyone person around the world. Black list these scammers and protect your life.
r3. These are elaborate scams to influence and deceive gullible individuals on a global scale. We advise our members to be wary of these dupe masters on the prowl. The wolfs are in sheep clothing!
r4. There could even be kidnap attempts for ransom or be killed for organ harvest. Most of our members are in retirement with just enough to survive month to month.

S. USE OF UN INSIGNIAS.
s1. All members are strictly prohibited from using the name, any and all insignia of the United Nations and its affiliated agencies. Any member who violates this prohibition would be expelled immediately and automatically without recourse.
s2. IAEWP is NOT an agency of the United Nations or its affiliated agencies. IAEWP is just an NGO of the United Nations and should NOT be misconstrued as a representative of the United Nations.
s3. Any misrepresentation as such is a criminal fraud. There is no place for criminals and fraudsters in IAEWP. The stationery of IAEWP should NOT have any insignia of the UN or its affiliated agencies.

In today's tapestry of internal conflicts, emotion-driven revolutions and unpredictable outbreaks of violence that spark without a moment's notice, we have a borderless ambition to change the way the international community responds to violent conflicts in every nation of the world.
t1. We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive volunteers as NATIONAL CHANCELLORS to support in launching and delivering our global peace agenda in your RESPECTIVE countries.
t2. The NATIONAL CHANCELLORS would play the role of INFLUENCERS in their own nation as well as to inspire the common citizen of their nation to support the work of National Chancellery on the ground that is working tirelessly to build a climate of peace and a culture of harmony.
t3. National Chancellors would be required to take charge of the management of the Office of the National Chancellor portfolio; of trust to raise donations through innovations in their own countries, for their own activities.
t4. Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent human interaction skills are a must and experience in organizing events is desirable.
A first degree in any discipline of study is desirable but NEVER a prerequisite.
t5. All positions are voluntary in nature and you would have to raise your own funds to finance your nation-building through peace activities supporting the SDGs of the United Nations.
t6. This is an exciting role, suitable for people who can manage multiple priorities in an effort to build peace in your own nation, with your own people and managing your own deadlines.
t7. Finally, if you genuinely believe that you are an INFLUENCER who can make the difference in your country by participating in our mission to stop violent conflict, build a sustainable climate of peace and a culture of harmony, then step up to be our NATIONAL CHANCELLOR in a dynamic and growing international organization with consultative status with the United Nations.
t8. With effective from January 2023, ALL new appointments of National Chancellors would serve a 12 months of probation and based on their commitment and dedication in serving the agenda of this institution, would be confirmed in their positions.
t9. All events using the IAEWP on prints, digital and elsewhere needs written approval from the Office of the President, assisted by the Director General. Any use of IAEWP brands without written permission would result in an immediate termination of the National Chancellors; they would be banned for life for infringing copyrights.
U. IMAGINING THE FUTURE
The IAEWP President is conceptualizing the formation of IAEWP International Peace University Inc with location & operations in India while the Director General is conceiving the IAEWP World Peace Foundation Inc with operations in Malaysia.
V. COLLABORATION WITH IAEWP
v1. National and international NGOs and institutions can apply for IAEWP Certification of Participation Award certificates with IAEWP hologram, signed by the IAEWP President, The Secretary General and or by the IAEWP Director General for US$ 1 for each certificate plus postage and handling.
v2. This certificate marks the authentication of your events in your country. These certificates would be issued by the Office of the Director General IAEWP located in Malaysia.
v3. Institutions can also apply for special annual licensing to co-brand events with IAEWP for a USD 1,000 per month for a 12 month period per single event.
v4. As and where needed, institutions may engage IAEWP officials for paid consultations on event management; such an engagement is a private business transaction that does NOT involve IAEWP.
