LEGAL NOTICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
This is to inform the general public that Persatuan Antarabangsa Untuk Pendidikan Keamanan Dunia Perlis ( Registration Number PPM 003-09-25022019 ) is no longer an affiliated peace associate with IAEWP (International Association for Educators for World Peace - NGO in Consultative Status with ECOSOC, United Nations) effective from 31st December 2023.
As of the aforementioned date, the above-mentioned association is not authorized to use the IAEWP brands, logos, or any associated materials in any manner that may misrepresent its affiliation with IAEWP or influence public perception of its association with IAEWP.
Furthermore, the public is hereby notified that Mr. Syed Araniri bin Syed Ahmad has completed his term as the IAEWP National Chancellor of Malaysia and is no longer authorized to represent IAEWP in any capacity with effect from 31st December 2023.
The above-mentioned association has also been directed to immediately and urgently correct the error in the translation of its English name to avoid any further confusion regarding its association or representation with IAEWP (NGO in Consultative Status with ECOSOC, United Nations).
Any unauthorized use of IAEWP's name, logos, or branding by the aforementioned association or any individual claiming affiliation with IAEWP will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
