IAEWP Elects a New President for the Term 2022 -2024

 


 




Dr. Priya Ranjan Trivedi takes the leadership position in  IAEWP  as the President   with effective from 1st May 2022. 

Dr. Trivedi has been involved with IAEWP since the early 1970s with its founding Board Members,  He  had supported and organized close to a 100 state level, regional and international congresses with Dr. Charles Mercieca over the last few decades in India through his educational institutions.

He has held many positions in IAEWP, the last of which was as its Executive Vice President since 2018..

He also takes charge as the First Director General of Education at the IAEWP Faculty of Peace Education which delivers over Thirty (30 ) ONLINE courses to support the SDG of the United Nations

All courses are designed, develop and delivered by Dr. P.R.Trivedi et.al, free of charge for aspiring students , worldwide.

Dr. Trivedi is a thought leader and has incorporated two government of India  accredited universities in India and leads as

 

  • Chairman, Indian Institute of Ecology and Environment, New Delhi, India
  • President, Confederation of Indian Universities, New Delhi, India
  • Founder Chancellor, The Global Open University Nagaland, India
  • Founder Chancellor, Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences University, Arunachal Pradesh, India

Dr.Priya Ranjan Trivedi who was born on March 13, 1950 excelled in the new and emerging area of neology and neocracy for his passion for evolving new doctrines for solving different problems of the world in general and of India in particular. 

He has advocated through his appropriate solutions and technologies for tackling issues like peacelessness, poverty, pollution, population explosion, unemployment, faulty educational system, insurgency, greed, violence and terrorism.

Before entering into the profession of teaching, training and research he successfully completed his Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral Degrees in the areas of Engineering, Management and Human Rights respectively. 

Besides teaching the need based subjects and researching on vocational and job oriented areas like ecology and environment, disaster management, sustainable development, total quality management, geoinformatics, bioinformatics, environmental communication, intellectual property rights, human rights, peace studies, conflict resolution, ecological tourism, geriatric care and educational planning, he has also brought out world level and multi volume Encyclopedias on these subjects which have been used and referred by several governments, ministries and international libraries as reference materials.
