We are pleased to introduce the Distinguished Willard Van De Bogart as the International Vice President for Public Relations at IAEWP Executive Office of the President ( EOP ) for the 2017 - 2020 administration.
He had been an eminent member of IAEWP since the 1990s and was previously elected as the IAEWP Public Relations Director for the 2002-2004 term during which he developed the Internet Peace Initiative program.
Mr.Willard Van De Bogart received his master's degree from the California Institute of the Arts in designing environments using educational technology.
At NASA’s Industrial Application Division at the University of Pittsburgh he applied database retrieval search strategies to industry and private companies.
In San Francisco, California he was a high speed installation specialist for Whole Earth Networks and over the last ten years he has been researching the application of digital technologies for learning at both Rajabhat University and Bangkok University in Thailand.
He has lectured at symposia and international conferences on the application of digital technology and his work has been published in international journals. He was recently awarded the DNA professors award for outstanding teaching at Bangkok University, Thailand.
He has been living in Thailand for the last 15 years .
