He is competent in programmes design, implementation and strategic planning. He has extensive knowledge in Conflict Analysis, Peace Advocacy and Conflict prevention mechanisms.
Mr. Boris possesses relevant professional work experience in developing West and Central African nations (Burkina, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Chad, DRC, Cameroon ...) and has paid visit to several others.
He is an experienced trainer in policy advocacy, networking and alliance building, conflict analysis and management, mediation and negotiation, peace education as well in CVE.

The main responsibilities include:
Manage and lead the national secretariat, Coordinate the national network by developing a strategic action plan with members of the network,
Ensure that the Board is well informed and give appropriate advice for the coordination of the network,
Support network members in the implementation of their respective peacebuilding and conflict prevention programmes,
Ensure the development of a database on conflict prevention at the national level,
Conduct organizational assessments, develop systems and management structures and establish monitoring procedures that reflect the involvement of all members of the network to achieve the objectives,
Establish and strengthen partnerships within and outside the national network if necessary,
