International Association of Educators for World Peace
We have growing ambitions to scale up our peacebuilding impact around the world through advocacy and advisory programs so that the international voice is volatilized is more responsive decibels to the needs and expectations of local people working relentlessly to stop violence and build peace around the world.
To do this will require a strengthened advisory team, improved integration across the borders and spearhead a focus on continuous improvement in global network building.
As a member of the advisory portfolio, you will be a core member of the Senior World Board Team, with overall responsibility for developing and improving all our strategic communications protocols for international collaborations.
This is a very prestigious position, which requires an excellent understanding of network building and international compliance issues.
The candidate will be an experienced ELDER, with at least 5 years of relevant demonstrable experience in managing people, resources and projects across national boundaries.
This position is open for someone with a genuine passion for our mission to support international efforts to build peace through collaboration with other international peace organizations. All positions are voluntary in nature and you would have to raise your own funds to finance your peacebuilding activities.
This is an exciting role, suitable for people who can manage multiple priorities in an effort to build peace in your own nation, with your own people, managing your own deadlines; as well as exceptional interpersonal, team working and negotiation skills at an international level.
Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as excellent human interaction skills, are a must along with experience in organizing events are desirable.
